How to Install the Ceramic Heater Core into the Airless Plastic Welder Element.

Step 1
Remove the large nut at the base of the barrel and slide the barrel off of the assembly.
Step 2
The spacer and heat transfer sleeve slide off.
Step 3
Remove the 3 screws that hold the base plate to the handle.
Step 4
Unplug the green ground wire from the grounding spring.
Step 5
Push the locking lever to unhook the ceramic heater core and unplug the ceramic heater core from the power lines.
To reassemble, reverse these steps.
