Element Replacement for a Nitrogen Plastic Welder
From time to time, you may find yourself needing to replace the element in your nitrogen plastic welder. While proper startup and shutdown procedures, as well as careful use, will prevent elements from burning out prematurely, elements may still need to be replaced once in a while.
Make sure your welder is cool and disconnected from the power before you begin the repair.
Always wear proper safety gear while working!

Make sure your welder is cool before you begin. Unscrew the nut from the base of the welder and slide the barrel off of the handle. Simply pull the old element out of the handle and push the new one firmly into the socket in the handle. Slide the barrel and nut assembly back over the new element and screw back in place.
