To prove the quality and strength of repairs done using our nitrogen plastic welding systems, we at Polyvance conducted a controlled experiment that we refer to as a "Tug of War" test.
In the video below, you will see a strength comparison between an OEM bumper tab and a broken tab that we recreated in our workshop using one of our nitrogen plastic welders.
