Polyvance gives plastic repair clinic for Geico
Kurt traveled to Buffalo on Thursday at the invitation of R.G. Greenawalt, owner of Auto Collision and Glass, a regional Western NY MSO and Geico ARX shop, to put on a plastic repair clinic for 25 Geico adjusters.
Kurt did a few bumper repairs on a late-model Camry rear: a split, a rectangular slot tab, and the thin flange. Both the slot tab and one-sided flange repairs held up to the tug of war test (even better than the OEM slot tab!) Also repaired a Silverado headlight tab and a PE washer bottle.
Kudos to R.G.'s lead bumper tech, Johnny. He said he "uses the sh*t out of" his nitrogen welder!
