Fill Tires with Nitrogen Using the 6066-TA Adapter Kit

Did you know that you can fill tires with high-purity nitrogen generated by the onboard nitrogen membrane on the 8203 Nitro-Fuzer nitrogen plastic welder? The 6066-TA Nitrocell Tire Adapter kit attaches to the output of your nitrogen membrane and allows you to divert the nitrogen flow to fill an auxiliary tank with high-purity nitrogen gas so you can fill your customers' tires.

This video shows how to connect the 6066-TA Tire Adapter kit to your Polyvance nitrogen plastic welder. It takes less than ten minutes to install the 6066-TA to your plastic welder. Once installed, simply connect the output of the generator to the tank inlet and divert the flow to the tank. It takes about ten minutes to fill the tank with nitrogen.

As you can see in the video, the Polyvance nitrogen membrane generates over 98% pure nitrogen. When used to fill an auxiliary tank, the output from the tank is 95.5% pure nitrogen (because the tank already had air in it; we just pumped another six atmospheres' worth of 98% pure nitrogen into it). By contrast, competitive nitrogen welders that claim to create pure nitrogen from the welder itself only make nitrogen that is 82.5% pure, which is just a little more than regular old air (air is 80% nitrogen, 20% oxygen).
