Polyvance Releases New Airless Welding Tip and Airless Welder Tip Assortment
Polyvance’s new 6033 Scimitar Welding Tip is designed to weld plastic with flat welding strips using an airless plastic welder. The plastic welding tip is uniquely designed to melt the base material and the bottom of the flat welding strip at the same time, insuring a true fusion weld.
The tip is cast brass and will fit onto any Polyvance airless plastic welder. More information and a video can be found on the 6033 Scimitar Welding Tip product page.
Polyvance has also released the 6026 Airless Plastic Welder Tip Assortment. This assortment includes six different airless welding tips packaged in a convenient carrying case. The variety of welding tips caters to different plastic welding needs, allowing users to tackle various projects with precision and efficiency. The carrying case is labeled with a photo of each tip, ensuring the user will know which tip to order in the event one goes missing. The assortment includes the new 6033 Scimitar Welding Tip.
